Officials explain shares IPO of Erdenes Tavantolgoi LLC
On Tuesday, members of the Standing Committee on Economics heard 2011 work report of Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
MPs requested officials of FRA to explain about delay of shares IPO of Erdenes Tavantolgoi LLC at foreign markets. Head of FRA D.Bayarsaikhan said that a law on bond should be passed to issue IPO shares of Erdenes Tavantolgoi LLC.
D.Gankhuyag stated that officials have told about necessity of the law on bond ratification since 2007 while FRA officials have not discussed about the law with MPs. He noted that FRA should not wait the Government decision.
MP D.Odkhuu asked about ten percent of strategic deposit mines shares issue at domestic stock exchange and D.Bayarsaikhan said that shares of Baganuur LLC have been sold at domestic exchange and shares of Erdenes Tavantolgoi LLC will be soon sold. Preparation works have been provided.
