NAT'L REPORT ON HUMAN RIGHTS SUBMITTED TO PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The head of the National Commission for Human Rights (NCHR) J.Byambadorj presented on Tuesday to the Parliament Speaker D.Demberel the 11th report on human right and freedom situation in Mongolia.

Mr. Byambadorj said the Commission are submitting now six recommendations to parliament.

The Speaker replied that the State Great Khural will focus on the national report and that it will be discussed at the Standing committee. Mr. Demberel said faciities of the NCRH and its working conditions have been improved and hoped that the commission will gain big achievements in future.

Present at the meeting were J.Dashdorj and P.Oyunchimeg, members of the NCRH. 
 
The commission passes its report to law-making institution every year according to the law on the national commission for human rights.
