FM RECEIVES DELEGATION FROM BHUTAN

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs G.Zandanshatar received on Wednesday a delegation led by Mr. Kinzang Dorji, a former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan and a special envoy of Bhutan's current Premier.
The sides underlined that the similarity of culture and religion of the two countries have laid a basis for widening of the bilateral relations and cooperation. They noted a mutual willingness of the coutries to collaborate in the tourism and agricultural sectors, and the Mongolian side confirmed that Bhutan's Minister of Agriculture and Forestry has been invited to Mongolia with a visit. Bhutan's delegation is visiting us with aims to convey to Mongolia's President a letter from Jigme Thinley, the Prime Minister of Bhutan, and to share views with Mongolia on expanding the bilateral relations and cooperation.

Mongolia and the Kingdom of Bhutan established the diplomatic relations on January 18 this year. Mr. Dorji has become the very first official representative to visit Mongolia.
