DRAFT LAW SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Tuesday, N.Batbayar and Z.Altai MPs and the Minister of Foreign Affairs G.Zandanshatar submitted to the Speaker D.Demberel a draft law on regulating foreign investments to strategically important entities.

By the current law, a foreign investor does not face any limits in activities in the strategically important organizations, and the draft regulates foreign investments for strategic mineral deposits in connection with a developmental policy of the country.
