"COAL EXPORT AND URGENT PROBLEMS" RUNS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs G.Zandanshatar addressed a consultative meeting themed "Coal export, urgent problems" on Monday in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He has talked about a nowadays situation in the coal external trade and its plans.

A report "Coal trade and further measures" has been given by N.Enkhtaivan, a director of the Foreign Ministry Department of External Trade and Economic Cooperation.

The gathered have shared information about increasing revenue from coal sector and policy regulations by the state in the coal sector's market, consumers, prices, supply, transportation and logistics. Later, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will work on a decision on the matters discussed at this meeting.

Present were officials from the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy, the General Customs Office, and delegates of coal exporter-entities such as "Erdenes MGL", "Mongolyn Alt", "Energy Resource", "Erdenes Tavantolgoi" and "Hunnu Coal".
