AFGHAN DIPLOMATS ARE GIVEN TRAINING HERE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A two-week training-seminar called "Strengthening a diplomacy of Afghanistan" kicked off on Monday in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.

Co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the training has brought together 12 Afghan diplomats.

As expected, the action will significantly contribute to propagandizing Mongolia around the world and will raise its prestige.

Researchers and senior diplomats from the International Relations School at the Mongolian State University (MSE) and the Institute of Strategic Studies are giving lessons and lectures to the trainees on Mongolian history, international relations, strategic studies, environmental and energy securities, geopolitics, terrorism, international law and international and regional issues.

In addition, lectures will be given by D.Tsogtbaatar, the Minister of Environment and Tourism and former State Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and M.Batchimeg, an advisor to the State Head of Mongolia.

Within the event, the trainees will visit historical sites of Mongolia.
